Did you know they have a garage sale every single Thursday over at Otterbein in Lebanon?
Well, they do! And it’s always chock full of bargain-priced treasures and goodies.
Shaker Cellar is the perfect place for Otterbein residents to place treasures they no longer need and the perfect place for you to find them.
You’ve just got to go there. Really. I found the cutest picture for my laundry room ($2) and a book by my favorite author, Fannie Flagg (Did you know she wrote Fried Green Tomatoes?) They also have all kinds of kitchen ware, furniture, glass ware, art and miscellaneous “needful things.” And everything is very reasonably priced.
It’s located at 103 King Street in the Shaker Cellar building (just off Route 741) and is manned by friendly, helpful Otterbein residents. It’s open every Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Be there or be square. But stay away from those cookbooks…they’re mine.
